You are no where near to setting up an email account.

Tell us the part of the email address beyond the @, that you are wanting to
set up.
 
Thanks mac. IN tools-accounts-me-properties I find server details.Do I need
to add anything to 'POP3' and outgoing server 'SMTP' where prompted for
server 'account' or 'host' when sending initial email? Currently I cannot
recieve, or send email due to this set up f-up. thanks again MAC.from
