Error during win 200 recovery fro cd /emergency floppy

We are unable to recovery the windows 2000 installation
because of an eror number: A2210 during the procedure of
recovery.
We have a emergengency floppy disk but it has not solved
the problem.
We hope to have some good news very soon.

We are going to need a lot more info. What do you mean by recover? When
does the error come up and what is the COMPLETE error? What is the history
of this problem? What have you tried so far?
