Error during Installation

I have had the original Anti-spyware beta installed on my
machine for several months. I downloaded the current
version of the product and attempted an install. During
the install I got the following error message - Internal
Error 2753. gcasInstallhelper.exe -

When I click OK, Setup stops and says to run setup again.
I get the same message everytime I run it.

Ensure you are doing the installation under a Administrator account.
