Error during Group Policy Assignment of Win2Ksp4 English

The following error is generated in the System event log after a failed
attempt at installing SP4 via Group Policy Machine Assignment. Anyone seen
this or have any leads?

Please send the MSI logs.
To enable MSI Logging , add reg key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\Logging","voicewarmup","R
EG_SZ"

and then restart m/c and find the log file at:
Any file in %windir%\temp that has the format MSI######.log

Ok, I figured it out, my bad. I read the svcpack.log file and saw the
problem, in my boot.ini i am specifying a non standard kernel file (hacked
for boot splash screen change). I was testing on my pc before deploying to
the entire office. After removing the entry kernel=otherkernel.exe in my
boot.ini the install worked flawlessly.
