error during driver installation

I'm getting an error during the driver installation of an umts pcmcia card
(fusion UMTS GPRS): "Fusion UMTS GPRS - 3G Smart Card Interface _ the
required section was not found in the inf". Does anyone have a solution for
the problem?

I'm having a similar problem with a VIA KM400 graphics controller.
