Windows XP Error during creation of window

Error during binding of the main socket

Hello everyone

I get 2 popup messages.

"Error during binding of the main socket" and " Error during creation of window "

The machine is a Win2003 SP1.

Popup´s appear when login on console and terminalsession.

It would be nice if someone kan help me or know about the some pb on the win2000.....hope
