Error during compacting

When compacting my database, towards the end of the process, I get the
following message: "Description not found" or "Description missing"

The database continues to run without obvious symptoms and seems to run as
designed. What would cause an error like this and how can I fix it.
 
If this problem recurs whenever you compact the database, it would appear to
have a form of corruption.

To fix it, try creating a new (blank) database, and importing all objects:
File | Get External | Import.

Depending on which object has the problem, is it possible that the new
database could still have the problem.
