Check with your ISP to make sure you have their latest IP
addresses for their DNS servers.

Run the Cool Web Shredder from this link:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
Unzip, hit the executable and follow the prompts.
Make sure all instances of IE and OE are closed.
