Error dialog box "Managed MAPI Service Catistrophic Failure HELP!

I have been getting the dialog box "Managed MAPI Service Catistrophic
Failure" folowed by "Business Contact manager is shutting down" - what is
the solution??

Try creating a new profile in Outlook and see if the issue occurs

Also what the version of BCM that you are running if unsure serach for the
file irisms32.dll go to properties and check the version
