Error Dialog at Startup...

I tried to get some help with this issue a few weeks ago and got no
response. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

After my computer boots I get a dialog box that says "Could not find the
Core Objects DLL at any of the following locatioins.: CoreObjects DDR dll
Core Objects.dll
Can someone tell me what this means and what I need to do about it?

Something is set to start up that is failing. To discover what that is,
do clean-boot troubleshooting:
