Error Deleting

I have files on my computer that I try to delete, but I
get an error mssg. saying, "Cannot Delete File: Cannnot
read from the source file or disk." can anyone please
help me, my computer isn't the fastest one out there so I
need to get whatever I can off of it, Thanks.
 
Hi there,

Try deleting the file(s) from safe mode. To restart the
computer in safe mode. Tap the F8 key repetedly as soon as
you turn on the computer until you see the Advanced
Startup Menu. Choose safe mode and hit enter to login to
the safe mode.

If the above doesn't help, this should: Process Explorer

Use the search function to find every handle that
Explorer.Exe has open
and close them (right-click on the file and choose 'close
handle').

Then delete the file(s) in question.
