Error delete wrong pointer -- AVP

I know several people getting this message using AVP during a scan.
What does it mean?

I've been getting it sporadically since about a month ago, but I haven't
been able to determine what circumstances trigger it. And no it's not
purely random, because whenever it occurs, it will always repeat with
the same scan target selected.
 
Usually, it is an error in the program itself. A pointer is a concept
used in programming, and a programmer must ensure he is not
deleting a wrong pointer, either it means there is an error in the
program's code.

It must be solved by the developers, contact them and ask for help.

I have gotten it on at least 20 programs I have downloaded in the past
2-3 months. Maybe something in one of the updates because I`m using the
same version for past 2 years: 3.5.133.
