Error creating Manifest

I have a module that is creating a namespace with a class under it. I get
an error when I build as follows:

Error creating manifest: Error reading key
...bin/IK.Data.snk - The system cannot find the path specified

I am using vb.net 2003

Can anyone help?

Did you mean to have ../bin/IK.Data.snk instead?
