Error creating contact in Business Contact Manager

I have a customer who experience a error (Danish Ed.) when creating a contact from the Accounts form
The error is that there was an non-executet exeption the form needed can not be shown. (Freely translatet from Danish)
Has anyone an idea how to eliminate this situation?
 
BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
