Error - Could not generate SSPI context

Greetings folks. I am using SQL 2000 with 2003 .ADP. I have one user who,
all of the sudden, can not use his application. When he opens the ADP he
gets an error message that says "Could not generate SSPI context". Then,
when he tries to open a form with a procedure as record source, he gets the
error "Data provider could not be initialized." I have no idea what this
could be, and googling it does not narrow it down much. I am using NT
integrated security, and the user has all necessary permissions.

Its not an Access issue, its related to how the SQL Server is registered in
AD:

Is this clustered? What account is starting the SQL Server service?

Looks like Kevin beat me to a response, but since I'm totally pedantic
(read: anal), it's "all of A sudden", not "all of THE sudden". It's like
"one of a kind", "birds of a feather", etc.
