when restarting my computer i get a window that has
KEEN VALUE CLIENT APPLICATION
what does this mean. i have beenexperiencing several
problems with my computer and it is only 3 1/2 months old

Has nothing to do with XP. Get a spyware removal tool, such as AdAware,
there is a free version at www.lavasoftusa.com .
