I have error ID 9 and 1721 when trying to run the install
wizard. What do they mean, and how do I fix it?

Hi David,

Sorry, but that is an example of a completely useless question. What
install wizard? What program are you trying to install?

In any case, this is not the correct newsgroup for that type of question
anyway (unless the program you're trying to install has something to do
with cmd prompt administration).
