Can anybody tell me what 40230 Error is for Access 2002,
it only comes up with this error while making a MDE

Try a decompile. "Decompile or how to reduce Microsoft Access MDB/MDE
size and decrease start-up times"
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/decompile.htm

If that doesn't work try importing all your objects into a new MDB and
trying again.
