error code: 80000000 or 8000000

hi!

durigng the installation, it stops after point 2 and an error with eroor
code 80000000 or 8000000 occours. can smbd help me?

i'm sorry, that i can't give you further information about the error, but
i'm from germany and so the error text is in german. but i think the code is
the same =)
