error code 5305

when i put DVD in my pc it give the error message on double clicking the cd ROM in my computer ---error code 1/-3/10400 see doc#5303

please suggest what to do ?

PC Specs & Operating System info would help?
When did this problem first happen?
What type media are you putting into the DVD drive etc
 
msg started appearing few weeks before & i put my marrige DVD which works fine in DVD Player ( LG make)when connected to TV . sk sandal
