my intel graphics controller is giving me an error code 37 when I try to
reinstall. Please help. I have tried everything I know.

At a guess, you need to completely uninstall the drivers before
re-installing them.

If you can't do this from the add/remove software control panel, you could
try downloading Driver Cleaner Pro (freeware):

http://www.drivercleaner.net/professional.html

It appears to include a cleaner for Intel Extreme graphics. (I don't have
those available to test.)

Address scrambled. Replace nkbob with bobkn.

Open device manager and follow the procedure described for error code 37,
see link above.. You may need to manually point to the Intel folder with the
Update Wiz or find where the driver resides on the HD or install disk.. If
you Know the driver files name, do a local windows (C:\? or CD drive:\?)
search for the needed driver file from Windows Explorer, Search, check
advanced options box..
