error code 19 cdrom

I made the mistake of installing nero 6 on Vista, and now I don't have access
to my cdrom drive. I get error code 19. I have read a few other suggestions,
but they didn't work for me. Could someone help me PLEASE. I've been at this
2 hours. Thanks.

Is System Restore an option? That is, can you go back to a restore point
created before you installed Nero 6?
