error code 0x800700c1

When we turn computer on it doesn connect because the following message appears: "a problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the lcense for this computer. error code:0x800700c1

Plese advise
 
Doesn't connect to what? When does the error appear?

Go to start/run, and type

regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll and press OK, then type,

regsvr32.exe licdll.dll and press OK.

When you said, can't connect, if you meant, can't get to the XP desktop,
then try the above from Safe Mode. Boot the system, start tapping F8, when
the menu appears, select Safe Mode and press enter.
