Error Code 0x80040600

Any body heard of this error code when trying to recreate
an archive folder/ pst file.
"An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80040600"

You did not mention what version of Outlook, this is always
helpful when asking a question.

NOTE: If the Personal Folders service is disabled in the Mapisvc.inf file,
no Personal Folders can be created, and the same errors occur, regardless of
the version used.
