Error CLR20r3 - System.IO.FileNotFoundException

When I install a Windows Forms application on Windows Server 2003 or
Windows 7:
I get the error System.IO.FileNotFoundException.

When I install a Windows Forms application on Windows XP I have no
error.

I use "MySql.Data.dll" to connect to the database.

You can help. Thanks
