Is there a solution for this?
Tried re-installing Studio but to no avail.
Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device is physically
connected to the development computer.

There several different things that I have seen work to alleviate this
issue; however, before going down the road of these fixes, I would
suggest that you verify some basic connectivity:

Can you see the device in Windows Explorer?
Can you manually deploy the application to the device?
Can you deploy the application to the device from Visual Studio
*without* debugging?
Have you soft or hard-reset the device?

It may be something as simple as needing to re-run ProxyPorts.reg
(located in %PROGRAM_FILES%\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\CompactFrameworkSDK\WinCE Utilities\WinCE Proxy Ports Reg).
