error c00d1177-cannot write to a cd.Help pls!!!

after I copy from a cd to the library, and try to write
to a blank cd , it cannot find the device to write to and
gives me error code C00D1177. PLease give me some advice.
Using clone cd works 100%.

"Windows Media Player does not detect any storage media in the selected
device. Insert media into the device" is what error c00d1177 means
