Every time I try to make a cd with media player I get this error code.

I lowered the write speed all the way down to 1x and still get the same
message. Also tried different disc and cleaned everything. Still same error.
I never had this problem till I installed SP2 for XP.

I am having the same error, same problem, did all the same things Robert did
and I still can't burn a CD since "I installed SP2 for XP." Really sucks.
