Well this error stops me from using my computer. WhaT IS
IT AND WHY DID IT RUIN MY COMPUTER
Hnetcfg.dll is a Windows XP component file that is associated with the
built-in Internet Connection Firewall.
Do you have the firewall activated on your computer? If so, try
disconnecting any full-time Internet connection such as cable or dsl
and then shut off the built-in firewall.
If your computer will not boot up at all normally then you may have to
boot it into Safe Mode in order to do this.
And if it will not boot in Safe Mode then you will probably have to do
a Repair Install as per the instructions at
http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm
Good luck
