Hi Air,
How your status of Anti-virus on your computer?, and do you scan for malware
on your system.
This may be a sign of infection by Viral or non-viral Malware, try scan on
line from here:
http://www.trendmicro.com
http://www.pandasoftware.com
http://www.avast.com
For Malware download the Tools from here:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

If that did n't help and your system clean, you may have defective software
installed or damaged file/Folder on your system.
Try to run this Command from the Run Command Box and get your XPCD handy to
hand it in if necessary:
sfc /scannow Press OK and wait for it to finish, then reboot and see if
the issue resolved.
HTH.
Regards,
nass
