Are you trying to logon to the server locally or access it remotely? If you
are logging on locally then you need to take a look at the right to "logon
locally". If your account does not have this right or if your account has
been given "deny logon locally" then you will not be able to logon. If you
are accessing the computer remotely then you will need to verify that you
have the right to "access this computer from the network". I've included
descriptions of the policy settings below.

Description
Determine which users can log on at the computer.
This user right is defined in the Default Domain Controller Group Policy
object (GPO) and in the local security policy of workstations and servers.

d.. Users
e.. Guest

Note
To allow a user to log on locally to a domain controller, you have to grant
this right by means of the Default Domain Controller GPO.
