This appears in the SYS log files, WIN2000 Server. The
error ID is 4319. We do not have a WINS server... This is
also showing up in the SYS log files on our PDC which is
NT4...

A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network.
The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in
the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which
name is in the Conflict state.

The error appears about every 15 to 30 seconds with a
differnt IP each time. The names are not duplicated on
any of the machines which was confirmed with a hands on
check of each PC.

Did you do an nbtstat -n ? Do you have multiple NICs? Do you have the same
username and computername?
