Error 997

When I try to start a service, an error message is
displayed, saying: "Could not start the Safeguard PKI - CA
Server service on Local Computer. Error 997: overlapped
I/O operation is in progress."

Can someone help me ? What is that error 997 ? I am
searching in the knowledge base, but so far haven't come
up with nothing.

Hi Ilian,
Very similar issues have been found to be caused by certain real-time backup
applications. These were resolved by uninstalling the offending backup
application.
