I finally found a good solution! No dvd needed!

I had the same problem(error 80070017) at first but I tried a different way
and it worked.

All you have to do is download a .iso extracter from "www.download.com". The
program is called UltraISO(just search for it). Even though its a trial
version, it still works. After you download and install the UltraISO. Go to
File>Open and open the .iso file into it and extract the file into a folder.
After you do that, click on setup and it will work.

Although this isn't the ultimate solution to the problem, it's still a good
idea. Microsoft needs to fix the problem by allowing the installation to
proceed at a slower rate. Granted, we were impatient when it came to
installing XP and older versions of Windows; this doesn't mean we would
rather substitute speed for an error that doesn't allow you to install
Windows. If it takes a little bit longer to install, so-be-it, just let it
install. Surely there's some way to make the installation run at a slower
rate, or pause at specific intervals to allow the DVD to cool down a little.
But, at any rate, good suggestion to work around the problem.
