error: 8004022A windows media player

i can't seem to copy any music to cds using any program. media player
gives me that error and the other programs just make bad cds. i think
it has something to do with windows media player 9. although i went
back to 8 it still does it.
 
Well,I have some solutions for ya. When i first bought my dell desktop i had the same problem. If you have a dell desktop too and your having this problem it might be that windows was not properly installed! It happened to me! You don't have to have a dell im just saying. It might be installed incorrectly. Try Reinstalling windows. Meaning you have to clear the hard drive to. If you need some help with that, just reply back and i'd be happy to help you! Thanks!
