Hi,
One of the employees tries to connect to our corporate VPN but he gets
"Error 721: The remote computer did not respond." Everyone else has no
problem connecting and also he was always able to connect. I read on Article
888201, that I should permit GRE protocol 47 and TCP traffic on port 1723 on
the network firewall. We don't use a firewall and also I checked the Input
Filters of WAN, under Routing and Remote Access, and I don't see anything
listed. Could someone tell me what I need to do?
What's puzzling for me is that he had never had this issue and we have not
made any changes to our network.
Thanks
