anyone help? mother-in-law using windows 98.
on starting puter is asked to insert boot disk.
on doing so message reads error 7 no hard drive !
any explanations. thanx.

Nope because this is a Windows XP group. Suggest you look more closely at
the group topic before posting, instead of just picking one at random.

Try a hardware group. You have a hard drive
failure.
