error 7 zip

I Downloaded Warblade 1.2c and it is a self extracting file but my computer
keeps coming up with the message "7 zip data error" then "7 zip unspecified
error" how can i fix this?
 
Hi dmcwilliam,

The file apparently didn't transfer correctly, possibly due to
interference from your antivirus software. Try downloading
that trial again from another source with your AV disabled.

i havnt got an AV program, so i disabled the cookies and lowered the internet
security but it still comes up with the error messages.

Hi dmcwilliam,

I suggest you try downloading a smaller ZIP file to see if your
current installation of WinZip is corrupt.
