HI
I've change the motherboard in to my computer, now thw Xp
don't start and continuosly rebooting.
It stop at choosing questions: "1)start in normal mode 2)
start in safety mode 3)start with..." and so on. Every
choosing it flash a blue screen (like to "defrag" screen")
and reboot the system.
The HD (hardware) is OK
I've also try to boot from Xp's CD and it can't install
any file. It show the message: " Sorry, error 7, no
installing file in to HD, plese press any key to exit".
Nothing to do!
What can I do now to restart my XP O.S.?

Many thank's!

Hi Gabriele,

Your motherboard has different drivers on it, so Windows XP no longer
recognizes anything and does a stop error. Here is a Knowledge Base article
that should address your issues.

You Receive a Stop 0x0000007B Error After You Move the Windows XP System
Disk to Another Computer
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314082&Product=winxp

As for the problem of "not installing to the hard drive", it may be that
your new motherboard requires you to install a driver for the hard driver
controller. You may have gotten a floppy disk with you mother board with
some sort of "ATA" driver, or something similar. When XP asks to press F6
for additional drivers, do so and install the drivers on the floppy disk (if
you have one). This should take care of the problem of not finding the hard
drive.

I hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes.
