For the past week I've been seeing this message pop up as soon as I startup:

Error-389 A valid dll file was not found.

I click OK and the message disappears and I haven't yet found any adverse
impact on the operations of my computer. Does anyone know what this message
is?

There isn't any way for us to know what is starting with your computer
and failing. Only you can find out.
