error 2455

When a user tries to click on a form that has an event
procedure in an Access 2002 application, they get the
following error:

Error Number: 2455
You entered an expression that has an invalid reference to
the property
HyperlinkSubAddress

This property is blank for that command button. The app
works fine on other systems including mine, just the one
user. Any ideas what the problem may be

Generally, if the application works fine in most computers except some, then
the problem is usually the Reference Errors.
