Error 2329: C:\Config.Msi\b9869.rbf

Whenever I attempt to install Microsoft Antispyware, the
error "Error 2329: C:\Config.Msi\b9869.rbf". Clicking OK
aborts the install. Does anyone have any knowledge of
what this means & how it can be overcome?

Just resolved this issue myself. It turned out to be
a "Windows Installer" issue. It was resolved by re-
installing WIN XP Service Pack 2, which contains Windows
Installer 3.0. Some of you who are experiencing error
code installation problems may wish to try this
yourselves to see if it doesn't resolve the issue.
