There is no such thing as "Office 2007 Ultimate".

What is it that you are trying to install - Office 2007 or Vista
Ultimate?

Mine is "Office Ultimate 2007"

Thanks.

This can occur if ROOTDRIVE or TARGETDIR holds the value of a a drive that the account installing does not have access. Or if the drive/location where the setup is being installed, is not accessible by the installing account.

MSI Error 1325 can occur as a red herring if a 2303 happens before it. Your log might look something like this:

MSI (s) (70:2C): Note: 1: 2303 2: 5 3: B:\
MSI (s) (70:2C): Note: 1: 1325 2: AspenTech Error 1325.AspenTech is not a valid short file name. MSI (s) (70:2C): .
