I'm trying to install "Read in Microsoft Reader Add-in for Microsoft Word".
However, when it is just about to complete, it always prompt me with an Error
1934. I'm a member of the administrator group and didn't had any problem of
installing any software before this one.

Environment Info:
MS Win XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 1
Pentium 4
512 MB RAM

Software Info:
MS Word 2002 (10.2627.3501) SP1
Read in Microsoft Reader (RMR) Add-in for MS Word
(http://www.microsoft.com/reader/developers/downloads/rmr.asp)

Hope you can help the soonest.

Cheers!

Not a solution, but a workaround: forget that plugin, and use a
professional product to create LIT files ;)

http://www.overdrive.com/readerworks/downloads/default.asp?Download=RWSTAN

The Standard version is free, and contains all the features you need to
make a 'normal' e-book, except for custom cover images. The commercial
version adds custom covers and (for personal use) less needed features like
DRM protection ('owner-exclusive' lit files).

RW will create LIT files from word documents as well as HTML source
(internally, a LIT file is an encrypted archive containing one XML file
describing the contents, HTML-formatted text in one or more files, and
optionally some image files - similar to password-protected ZIP or RAR
archives, except you don't know the password because it's built into MS
Reader).

Tip 1: for the best results & smallest LIT files, use clean HTML (clean
meaning "never been opened in word or frontpage.")

Tip 2: for results that look good on handhelds as well as PC screens, never
use fixed font typefaces and/or sizes, and specify margins and indents in
font-relative units ('em' or 'ex'). This goes for e-books created by the
Word plugin as well, while Word tempts you to do it the other way.
