Im trying to install an updated driver for my NIC But
everytime I try to run it , once it gets to the configuring
windows installer bit I get erro 1608 unable to create
driver instance. I have manuall extracted everything in the
msi package and installed the driver - BUT it needs to be
installed properly. I have deleted and cleaned MSI using
the tool and re-installed v 2 ( had 1 before) but its still
not working

package does have a compliance certificate
