When using Internet Explorer I receive an error labeled 1606, with a
statement that the application cannot find a server. The computer uses a
dial up service, and the error can occur either on-line or off line. the
operating system is Windows XP for home.
How can I track down and resolve the problem?

Thank you

Keith

Check here to make sure you do not lose your connectivity

If these steps do not resolve your problem, or you need help with the above,
