Error 1606

Can anyone please tell me what is an error 1606 everytime
I try to add any software to my computer it will pop a
window stating: error 1606.Could not access network
location<Common Administrative Tools>.AllUsers\. please
I really need help with this issue......thanks in
advance ......please e'mail me and answer or solution to
