ERROR 1406

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL GEARHEAD GARAGE BUT I RECIEVE ERROR
1406. PERMISSIONS ERROR.HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS
ERROR.PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL...
 
Hi,

Try logging onto Windows XP using an Administrators account.
To find your administrators account go into Control Panel, make
sure it's set to Classic on the left and then click on User Accounts.
