Error 1402

I am trying to install a program for my wife. (creative keepsakes scrapbook
designer platinum).
I keep getting an error message.
"Error 1402.Could not open key: UNKNOWN\MSSOAP.ConnectorFactory.1\CLSID.
Verify that you have sufficiant access to that key, or contact your support
personnel"
Can any one help me figure this out? I can't seem to find anything about
this error.

Is your wife's user account a Limited account? If so, try installing
from an account with administrative privileges.
