Error 1324, The file path 'my pictures' contains invalid charactor

This message occurs as I'm trying to downlaod a program to my pc. I've tried
both options , saving it to a file and opening it and running from the net.
Neither
work. I don't have pop-up stopper enabled either. And this program has
nothing to do with my pictures either. Any ideas
 
Hi Eric,

Did you have any luck getting this working? If not, please let us know
exactly what you're trying to install and from where. Error 1324 can be
caused by a variety of problems.

You could also look for your specific problem in the Microsoft Knowledge
base (KB). Just go to www.microsoft.com and enter phrases to search on.

No I have no resolved this. It happens anytime I try to download a new virus
software or application.
